Includes:

Face Plate,

Summer door with heavy duty galvanized screen to keep vermin out,

Threaded rods screw through the faceplate,

Backer Bar,

2 wing nuts to draw up and affix the face plate firmly against the foundation,

2 hex nuts placed directly behind the face plate on the threaded rods,

2 knurled nuts which are used to hold the winter door and/or the summer door depending upon the season.

The face plate and summer door frames are made out of heavy duty UV protected ABS plastic.

The color is dove gray and can be painted with the appropriate paint by the customer if they so desire.

The screen is a heavy duty galvanized steel for durability and to keep vermin out of your crawl space.

Change over to winter is simple!

Remove ventilation screen.

Insert the winter door/heater plate into the face plate and tighten two nuts.

Winter cover installs from the outside - no need to enter crawlspace.

Rear view shows backer bar, threaded rods and knurled nuts hold the faceplate into the vent opening.

Threaded rods secure the face plate to the backer bar.
