Approx. 5 minute drive to Nauset Beach, short drive to bay beaches, ponds, hiking at Nickerson State Park, Mini-golfing, about 25 minutes to Chatham's Main Street for shopping or lunch. 10 minutes to Eastham to the National Seashore. Eastham has great beaches, walking trails. About 45 minutes to Provincetown, shopping on famous Commercial Street, great restaurants. It's a special cottage, the grass is green and the birds are chirping. Often one can hear the waves from the roof deck, while admiring distant views of Nauset Harbor.
